R.A.S. Logistics Presented with FragilePAK Midwest Region Most Improved FCP Award

September 9, 2024 - R.A.S. Logistics is proud to announce that it has been presented with the “Midwest Region Most Improved FCP” award at this year’s FragilePAK Connect conference in Las Vegas, NV. This award reflects R.A.S. Logistics’ commitment to delivery excellence and continuous growth within the industry. This recognition comes as part of FragilePAK’s Connect 2024 conference, titled “The FragilePAK Way: The Complete Delivery Matters,” which celebrates FragilePAK certified partners and recognizes performance excellence across various regions. R.A.S. Logistics’ Pewaukee location stood out for its remarkable progress and growth throughout 2024. The award was presented in recognition of our significant advancements in operational performance and customer satisfaction at R.A.S. Logistics’ Pewaukee, WI location. According to Jeremy Ross, Regional Director for R.A.S. Logistics, the location “has made significant progress in understanding what the client’s expectations are, and they made it a point to ensure that we meet those expectations daily.” The tireless efforts of the entire team have led to substantial improvements in service quality and customer experience.
This accomplishment not only recognizes the hard work of the Pewaukee team, but underscores R.A.S. Logistics’ mission to deliver satisfaction one mile at a time. “It symbolizes growth and an understanding that with some focus we can provide the service that our clients expect,” said Merritt Huntley, Process Manager. “Our next goal is to achieve platinum status with FragilePAK not only in Pewaukee but in our other locations as well.”
